The mystery of the Indian woman who has only drank water for 60 years is still healthy: The hidden power of man is limitless

Saraswati’s eating and drinking remained very normal until she contracted typhoid after giving birth to her first son. She was tormented by stomach pains, so she vomited whatever she ate. Since then, she also completely gave up eating.

After her health improved, she started drinking tea but no longer had any appetite.

Worried about the health of both mother and child, her husband, Dwarka Prasad Patikar, tried to advise his wife to eat again, but she could no longer eat solid foods. He also took his wife to many medical centers but they could not find any solution.

There was no other way, seeing that she was still healthy, her husband had to let her drink water at will.

She feels healthy even if she only drinks filtered water and tea to get through the day and after a few decades… she still only drinks water to live.

Ms. Saraswati later gave birth to all 5 children and still worked in the fields with her husband as usual. Despite her strange eating habits, she says she has a lot of energy. At the age of 75, she still works in the fields for up to 5 hours a day.

After her strange story was published, many people expressed doubts, no one believed that she could live on water only for 60 years. But both her family and neighbors in Sundrail village, Madhya Pradesh state testify to her words.

Mahendra Patikar, Saraswati’s son, said the whole family was used to her way of eating. The family’s neighbour, Ramesh Chandra, said everyone was surprised and worried when they first heard about it, but then everyone just admired her for being so healthy.

The phenomenon of not eating or drinking is mysterious, but many people appear

Food, water, sleep, and respiration are the basic pillars that sustain any person’s life. Although other species can survive without these essential needs for a longer time, according to science, if humans lack these elements, they will not be able to survive.

But how long can a person really live without eating? Where is the cut-off point? It seems that every time someone tries to figure out an absolute rule, exceptions persist.

In fact, many people have fasted for health or religious reasons, but this fasting period did not last long. Some people may not eat for a few days or a week and assume that practicing regular fasting really improves their health, provided they will eat again.

But when people approach the milestone of a month of not eating, the body will enter a state of malnutrition and starvation. When the fasting state lasts for two months or more, and when the body expends its own energy to survive, death will come. Dehydration can be fatal in an even shorter period.

However, there are ancient records that show that humans were able to go without eating or drinking for a much longer period of time than we thought.

Former cultivators often went into caves, isolated from their living conditions to focus on practicing cultivation. (Illustration)

According to ancient Chinese cultivation methods, when a monk meditates in a cave or deep mountain, sooner or later he will face a problem, which is food. When living in a cave isolated from society, it is difficult to stay alive on the path towards enlightenment.

Therefore, in order to solve the problem of food supplies, the monks will practice the method of seclusion – a method of cultivation that is unique in this particular situation. Beyond worldly ties, the practitioner will let go of the physiological needs for food and water, so that he or she can continue to practice for decades – something that is truly impossible. examination for the understanding of modern biology.

This can be explained because cultivators produce energy (gong), can exchange energy with the universe, and then use this energy to sustain life. However, at first, when not proficient, the body may still need to take the energy stored in the muscles to use instead. Some people, if they don’t cultivate, may die in the mountains…

The structure of the human body is very mysterious. In Eastern medicine, it has long been discovered that the meridians, acupoints that transport the body’s energy at a deeper level compared to the blood vessels that we see on the surface. Even if it is not a cultivator, there are still cases of long-term fasting, energy metabolism still occurs by a mechanism that modern science has not yet explained.

The case of Mrs. Saraswati in the above story is just an ordinary person, nor does she have to use the cultivation method of the valley. However, for 60 years she only drank water but still lived completely healthy, enough to prove that the human body has countless mysteries that we have not been able to discover all. Thus, it helps us to acknowledge that the human body is a microcosm, containing countless mysteries.
