The temple contains 680 kg of gold, possesses a treasure of trillions of dollars that no one has discovered

When he first came to India, Jim Dobson, a tourist living in California, USA, was very eager to visit Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala state. It is famous for its sacred temple Sree Padmanabhaswamy.

This temple is inlaid with nearly 680 kg of gold. However, that is only the tip of the iceberg. Deep underground of the building are 6 secret tunnels. The largest, most rumored and most interesting vault is Vault B, which has yet to be opened by the Indian government. People believe that the inside of the vault contains gold and jewelry worth 1 trillion USD, according to Forbes.

There are many rumors that make this treasure even more mysterious. One of them is the legend of fierce mascots guarding this place day and night, so anyone who tries to break in will face dire consequences. However, in reality, Vault B has been opened at least seven times since 1990, and according to officials in the region, nothing terrible has happened.

In addition to Vault B, five other treasures at the temple were approved by the Supreme Court to be unsealed in 2011. Those places contain a lot of wealth, jewelry, coins, and gold. The total value of the treasure is up to 22 billion USD.

According to India Times, in 2016, a general audit was carried out to enumerate the temple’s assets. Accordingly, a huge amount of gold from the warehouse has mysteriously disappeared, estimated at 769 gold pots and silver bars. Many people believe that behind the treasure there are secret passages and for many years thieves have broken in to steal the treasure.

People also heard about another secret room besides Vault B. It is said to have thick walls made of solid gold. And that is where mankind’s greatest undiscovered treasure lies. However, this has yet to be confirmed by the Supreme Court.

Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu. This work once belonged to the lord Padmanabhaswamy. Currently, the Indian government has taken over the temple.
