This story involves a stray dog who was hit by a car as it was looking for food. Because he has no one to look after him, he was able to find an old abandoned house to lie in.
The poor dog stayed in the same spot for around 5 days, crying out for help, but no one heard him! Thank god, a sympathetic person heard him sobbing and promptly called a rescuer to the residence.
Sadly, the rescuer decided to give the puppy to him in the hopes that he would. The rescuer was in disbelief that the dog had survived for so long without food or water. The creature was apparently in excruciating pain.
When the man was placed into the car, the dog turned to face him and grinned, nevertheless! He must have known the man was there to help him. The dog was taken to the vet immediately, where it was found that he had extensive nerve damage and that it was unlikely that he would ever be able to walk normally again.
He also has blood parasites, fortunately treatable ones. They decided to give him some physical therapy so he could walk again.

He was, nevertheless, completely obedient to the rescuers and the medical staff. He also takes pleasure in every aspect of his physical therapy. He has access to all the food and water he requires, first-rate medical care, and friendly people, so he is fortunately improving every day and will certainly be able to walk once more.
Given his bravery, the veterinarians are very certain that he will walk once more. What an improvement!
